Jasper is the CEO of Bloomrydes In Motion (An Inter State and Intra State Ride Pooling Services powered by our app “Bloomrydes”. He also runs Netune Atlantic Limited, a diverse Commodities trading Company with an interest in Agro-Allied Commodities, Solid Minerals and developing competencies in Energy/Oil Commodity Marketing.

He is graduate of Economics from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, he also holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Lagos, specializing in Monetary Economics .

Jasper was the Group Executive Vice President of the Genesis Energy Group (March 2012 – June 2016) where he held several Positions and led teams that negotiated and executed the 84MW Off-Grid Power Project with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation “NNPC” running into several millions of USD and other multiple Power Projects in the Power Sector within and outside Nigeria, including the Benin Republic Power Project amongst others.

Jasper held several positions within the Genesis Energy Group, including Vice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer “CFO”, Group Executive Vice President – Finance & Investments and Managing Director GEL Utility Limited, the subsidiary company that executed and currently managing the 20year Power Purchase Agreement with the NNPC.

He is an astute professional with over 20years of experience spanning consulting, commercial banking, investment banking, energy and tech startups. He Possesses a strong skillsets for Power Projects structuring and Government Advisory transactions including privatization transactions (sell-side & buy-side).

In BGL where he worked for over 7 years rising to the position of Assistant Vice President, he was the team lead in Economic and Privatization Advisory Services, where he worked on a number of privatization advisory transactions including the Buy-Side Privatization of Transcorp Hilton in Abuja.

He worked in the Specialized Finance Group of Diamond Bank Investment Banking Division. He was responsible for managing and reporting the IFC on-lending facility line and the FMO on-lending facility lines.
